How will I look and feel after the VI Peel?
Skin peeling usually begins around the mouth by day three. It’s a light fluffy peeling that can be controlled with moisturizer. In some cases, the peel is virtually invisible. Various skin types can respond differently, but generally by days 7-10 you will be finished peeling.
What should I do before my peel?
What should I do after my peel?
Resist the temptation to tear or pull off your peeling skin. It’s important that you let it peel naturally, or scarring and skin discoloration may occur. Instead, you can manage your appearance with the included post-peel kit. The benefits of the VI Peel can be prolonged by maintaining a home care regimen that is appropriate for your skin.
Makeup should not be applied within a four hour period post-peel, but may be applied any time after that period. Discontinue use of any product that causes discomfort.
