COVID-19 UPDATE

NW Dermatology Institute is scheduling appointments for your dermatology needs. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call 503-223-1933 and speak with one of our scheduling staff.

During your visit, please be assured that we are continually updating our procedures and protocols to meet the most recent guidelines recommended by the CDC. We are following CDC guidelines for all aspects of scheduling, patient flow, patient visits and for cleaning and sanitation of our exam rooms and office space.

Upon check-in, we will ask you to answer routine COVID-19 exposure questions, your temperature will be taken, and we will ask you to wash your hands thoroughly prior to entering our office space. All of our staff will be wearing surgical masks with a face shield or protective goggles.

We require all patients to wear a clean mask. In accordance with CDC recommendations, we are not allowing scarves, bandanas, neck gators or masks with an exhaust valve to be worn inside of the office area. In the case of the above, we will provide a surgical mask to be worn. Masks must be worn at all times unless your provider asks you to remove it temporarily. Your mask must cover your nose and your mouth during your entire visit at NW Dermatology.

We want to thank all of our patients for their continued cooperation. This has proven to be a challenging time for everyone.
